Content Editor

Default role for people outside of Marketing and IT. Reports to Content Manager.

Content Manager

  • Ability to edit most content on specific content types.

  • Ability to use both Full and Basic HTML text format.

  • Schedule content publication

  • Revert revisions

  • View and edit webform submissions.

Mid-level. Reviews changes from editors.

Content Admin

  • Ability to manage all content including creating, editing, and deleting.

  • Able to administer blocks and menus.

  • Create/edit URL aliases

Highest level. Marketing team member; able to admin all content from anyone and everyone.
