Add an Announcement
Edit the Award page you wish to place the announcement on
Enter your text in the body of the Announcement Field
Provide the Body text of the announcement
Click Save text area
Click Save award at the bottom of the edit page

Remove an Announcement
Edit the Award page you wish to remove the announcement from
Remove the entire contents in the body of the Announcement text area
Click Save award at the bottom of the edit page
