Basic Pages allow you build general web content. There are several layout options available (called paragraph bundles) to help you create rich and robust webpages. This content type is generally used to create largely static content designed to be part of a broader section with navigation.
Creating a Basic Page
Go to Content > Add Content > Basic Page
Give your Basic Page a Title
Assign the Basic Page to a Section

To make the page the Section front page, click the URL Alias dropdown and check the Section front page box. |
Hero Image
To add a hero image (and replace the banner image if exists), use the Add Hero Button
Under Image, choose an image from your computer and Upload

Enter an optional heading for the Hero in the Heading field. Keep the heading brief for the best results.
Enter an optional sub-heading for the Hero in the Sub heading field. This is the smaller text that displays beneath the Heading.
In the Button (CTA) section, provide a button URL and Link Text
