OverviewSales templates save repetitive email content, allowing you to personalize messages before sending. For one-to-one emails, you can access them from the CRM or directly from your inbox. Bulk emails require marketing templates instead. Template Creation & Access Free Usage: Users can create and edit up to 3 templates. Paid Usage: Users on Sales/Service Hub Professional, Enterprise, or Starter accounts with assigned seats can create, edit, and delete unlimited templates. Template Dashboard: View total templates created in your account from the top right of the templates dashboard.
How to Create and Send a TemplateIn HubSpot, go to Library > Templates > New Template > From Scratch Set a name and subject (under 45 characters recommended). Enter and format email content, add links, images, and personalization. Hit save when done. When ready to send it, go to CRM > (Contacts, Companies, Deals, or Tickets). Open a record, click the Email icon, then Templates. Choose a template, personalize content as needed, and click Send.
Additional NotesPlaceholder Tokens: Use these instead of curly brackets to avoid rendering issues. Template Tracking: Emails sent via templates will be automatically tracked and reported. Delete Templates: Go to Library > Templates, select templates, then delete. Please note: Only creators or super admins can delete private templates.
