You can be assigned one of six roles The Common Framework uses roles to manage site access as opposed to individual permissions. General Roles
There are five general roles in the Common Framework. Your access is determined by your role within MCCCD and your level of training with the ITS Web Team.

Site Builder | Can Site Builders can change some structure

Specialized Roles
There are two specialized roles within the Common Framework. These roles were created to allow subject matter experts to do very specific functions. Colleges are responsible for determining the appropriate individual(s) to be assigned to each role.

Curriculor | The Curriculor role can publish and delete awards from the Degrees and Certificates section of the Common Framework. | This role should ideally be assigned to someone knowledgeable about the individual awards offered at your college. |
MEMS (Coming Soon) | MEMS stands for Maricopa Emergency Management System. The MEMS role can publish MEMS alerts that appear at the top of each page site-wide. | This role should ideally be assigned to someone responsible for communicating about public safety concerns. |
