Top Announcement blocks are placed using section taxonomy. You can have one top Announcement per pagesection frontpage. You can also set its start and end dates. See the bottom of this page for examples of bottom Announcements. Bottom Announcement blocks are also placed using section taxonomy. You can have multiple bottom Announcement per pagesection frontpage, though no more than 2-3 are recommended. Like top Announcements, you can also set start and end dates. The announcement with the more recent start date will display first.
