Identifying Awards for Publication or Deletion

A Program Awards Exceptions Report will be sent weekly to the curriculum person at each college who is granted the role of Curriculor on the college website. This report lists the awards at your college that need to be reviewed, then published or deleted from your site. It is the Curriculor’s responsibility to review the report for accuracy and complete the final step of publishing or deleting awards on your site.

Anyone assigned the Curriculor role on your website will get a weekly email copy of this reportA weekly report can be email to any person your college chooses. It should be anyone with the curriculor role.

  • Go to Reports > Program Status > Awards

  • The report has three sections:

    1. Unpublished awards that are ready to be published OR deleted - review the list, address any errors or omissions, and follow the steps outlined below for publishing awards and/or deleting awards

    2. Published awards that are ready to be deleted - review the list, validate that each award is ready for deletion, and follow the steps outlined below for deleting awards

    3. Awards ending soon - review the list of anticipated award changes and identify any errors or omissions that may become a problem in the future

You can also click on each award in the list which will take you to that specific award and use the operations tabs (edit/delete) to make changes.

Deleting Awards

  • Go to Content > Awards

  • You can search by title or browse by major to find the award you want to delete

  • Under the Published Operations filter, select Yes Delete and then click Apply to see the list of published awardsFrom this list, check the checkbox to the left of the awards Execute

Updating Single Award

  • Go to Content > Awards

  • You can search by title or browse by major to find the award you want to delete

  • Under the Operations filter , select Delete item and then click Execute

Updating All Awards

  • Go to Content > Awards

  • Select Import all awards

    • The process that this runs is the same process that runs every weekday morning, between 3-5am

    • This should only be used if you believe there are multiple changes missing.
