Navigate to Content > Add Content > Forms
Fill out the relevant fields
Form Name is required.
Check the Published checkbox if you are ready to make the page live on your site.

Click Save to publish your content.

The form will automatically be placed based on the Form Location you select. For example, if you select Forms and Documents page, your form will be placed on Procurement -> Supplier Forms and Documents. |
