Section Front Pages and Pages do not offer an accordion option, so if you would like toyou to create tabbed content, you will need to create tabbed content to separate sections on the front page or link to an FAQ page.

Go to Content > Create Content > FAQs
Give the FAQ a Title
Assign the FAQ to a Section
If you need content at the top of the page, enter it into the Body (top of Page) text area
In the Question field, put the title of the the accordion
Put content into the Answer field

To add another section (question/answer pair) to this page, select Add another item. The maximum number of sections is 24. Best practices suggest not making the page so long that users are unable find the information they need. Currently, District ITS recommends a maximum of 10 items. |

The menu link title should match the page title, since Section Front Pages are specifically meant to summarize the section. |
Provide a Description of the page (this is important for search engine optimization and for ADA compliance)
Assign the page to the main section of the site it will appear under, called the Parent Item
Click Save to publish your content

Each tab collapses when not selected, so you can pack quite a bit of content onto these FAQ pages. As a best practice, though, it is a good idea to save the page once you have four or five FAQ question fields complete and then go back in to enter the rest. |
