Note: The text format options will vary for each site as different options are made available to meet unique needs. 

  • Basic HTML

    • Allows specific HTML tags.

    • You can align images, videos, block quotes and so on to the left, right, or center.

    • You can caption images, videos, block quotes, and so on.

    • Only images hosted on the site may use <img> tags.

  • Restricted HTML

    • Allows specific HTML tags.

    • Lines and paragraphs are automatically recognized. The <br /> line break, <p> paragraph and </p> close paragraph tags are inserted automatically. If paragraphs are not recognized simply add a couple of blank lines.

  • Full HTML

    • You can align images, videos, block quotes and so on to the left, right or center.

    • You can caption images, videos, block quotes, and so on.

  • Plain Text

    • No HTML tags allowed.

    • Lines and paragraphs are automatically recognized. The <br /> line break, <p> paragraph and </p> close paragraph tags are inserted automatically. If paragraphs are not recognized simply add a couple of blank lines.

    • Web page addresses and email addresses turn into links automatically.
