Navigate to the Content screen and on the Content Type drop down dropdown select Webform and then click Filter.

Having lots of webform submissions living in Drupal can slow down your website. We recommend archiving submissions over a year old. If you have hundreds of submissions each year, we recommend archiving more frequently so that you only have 50-100 submissions in your website at a time. |
To archive old submissions, select the Download sub tab.

Once you have downloaded a copy of the submissions, click the Clear sub tab and delete all submissions to date. If you prefer to delete submissions one-by-one, click the Submissions sub tab.
