The Top Menu (or utility) menu for global links. On desktop it the first element and on mobile its the last menu element.
Instructions
Go to Structure > Menus > Utility Bar
Add links
To make this link ‘look like’ a button, Open attributes and select a class.
Selecting the same color as your utility bar color will not produce anything, as color are the same.
