You can be assigned one of six roles in the Common Framework
Role | Description | Access |
---|---|---|
Content Editor | The Content Editor is the most basic role available in the Common Framework. People with this role can edit content. | This role can be assigned to people outside of Marketing and IT who need to edit content on your site. |
Curriculor | The Curriculor role can publish and delete awards from the Degrees and Certificates section of the Common Framework. | This role should ideally be assigned to someone in your curriculum office. |
MEMS (Coming Soon) | Maricopa Emergency Management System (MEMS) | This role should be assigned to someone responsible for communicating about public safety concerns. |
Marketeer | Only create content; do not change structure | This is the default role for Marketing people. |
Site Builder | Can change some structure
| This is the default role for IT people. It can also be assigned to highly experience Marketing people with training. |
Developer | Responsible for creating advanced content presentation that generally requires theme changes
| Generally restricted to IT or someone with the control and understanding to understand the impacts of their changes Responsible for testing functionality |
Webmaster | The Webmaster is the only role who can manage the following:
