The local development stack allows college developers to update the theme for their College’s website. This capability should mainly be used to modify CSS for branding imagery and custom page-specific styles.

Getting Access to the District VPN and Bitbucket Repo
Before using the local development stack for the first time, you will need to complete the following steps:
To get access to the District VPN and Common Framework Bitbucket repo, send a request with your MEID and Bitbucket user name to the ITS Web Team via Slack or ITS.Drupal.Team@domail.maricopa.edu
For Windows: follow the VPN Setup Instructions. You will need to download the VPN Client and Remote Desktop Connection if not already installed. You must be logged into Accounts.Maricopa.edu to download these files.
For Mac: use the built in VPN interface in Network preferences or download the AnyConnect Client (you'll need to sign in twice… seriously).
Running the Local Development Environment
Connect to the District VPN.
Check out the Common Framework Bitbucket repo (maricopad7).
Follow the instructions in the README.md to run the local development environment.
