The Common Framework (CFW) is a set of functionalities and styling built using Drupal to allow the implementation of websites across the Maricopa environments that share these elements.  The most common usage is for the nine college websites and www.maricopa.edu.  This approach enables a central core team to support the framework for security, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

The CFW is a collection of features, functionality, styling, and layouts that help build unique websites that adhere to the Maricopa branding standards and provide standardization in layout. By standardizing website navigation, search, menus, programs, degrees, and certifications, the user experience is enhanced and aids in familiarity with the site. The CFW includes the Bootstrap library and provides automatic responsiveness on different-sized devices, ADA Section 508 compliance, and a friendly user interface for website editors and marketers.

Version 3 of our framework represents a significant upgrade, transitioning to the latest Drupal version (D10) and incorporating the newest Bootstrap Library (5.2). This release not only aims to enhance the tool's features but also to excite our users with the incorporation of valuable feedback from our existing user base.
