Users are able to request an official transcript from the ‘Request Official Transcript’ button located on the Transcripts page.

Unofficial Transcripts | Mar 20, 2019

Users are now able to view their unofficial transcript(s) from a new section that can be accessed from the new ‘Transcripts’ button on the front page.

Basic Student Profile (View Only) | Mar 8, 2019

Users are now able to view basic profile information from a new icon located on the navigation bar. On the profile page, the user will see their full name, MEID, student id, email, and phone.

Link to Canvas Course | Feb 7, 2019

If the class has an associated Canvas course, a link will display under the class title on the Schedule page. When a user clicks the link, it will either prompt the user to log into Canvas or if the user is already logged in, it will take the user to the Canvas course homepage.

Make a Payment | Feb 7, 2019

When a user has an outstanding balance, a blue button labeled ‘Select a Payment Option’ will be available. After a user clicks the button, they will receive an alert message explaining that they will be redirected to a third-party provider. If the user continues from the alert, they either be logged into NelNet or they will be prompted to create a new account with some information pre-filled already.
