Go to Structure > Block layout
Select a region like Featured bottom or Footer and click the Place block button next to it
Click the Place block button next to the Assist Chatbot Block
If necessary, adjust the Title to make it easier to locate it later on the Block layout page
Uncheck the Display title checkbox
Enter your colleges hex color codes in the Color fields
Add the Amazon Connect value provided by the ASSIST Team (see above)Enter your colleges hex color codes in the Color fields
Add the Snippet ID value provided by the ASSIST Team (see above)
Update the Visibility settings to get the block to appear on desired pages
Click Save block
Review your site to make sure your new block is appearing only on the intended pages.
