Instructions

Add New FSA

  • In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content >Faculty Service Areas > Add FSA or use the path /fsa/add

    • Alternatively, you can Navigate to Content > Faculty Service Areas or use the path /admin/content/fsa

    • Then click on the + Add faculty service area button

  • Enter the Faculty service area

  • Click in the Subjects field and start typing a Subject acronym

  • Click on the desired Subject

  • If adding more Subjects, click in the blank area of the field to the right of your current subjects and add more

  • If you need to remove a Subject, click the X icon for that subject

  • Click the Save button

Edit an FSA

  • In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content > Faculty Service Areas or use the path /admin/content/fsa

  • Filter by Faculty service area and hit the Apply button to narrow down results

  • Click the Edit button in the Operations column for your desired FSA

  • Make your desired changes

  • Click the Save button

Delete an FSA

From the Admin Content Faculty Service Area (FSA) Overview Page

  • In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content >Faculty Service Areas or use the path /admin/content/fsa

  • Filter by Faculty service area hit the Apply button to narrow down results

  • In the Operations column for the FSA, click the button next to Edit and click Delete

  • On the confirmation page, click the Delete button

While Viewing a FSA

  • Click the Delete tab on the page toolbar

  • On the confirmation page, click the Delete button

While Editing a FSA

  • Click the Delete link on the editing page located near the Save button

  • On the confirmation page, click the Delete button
