The main menu lives at the top of your website – on the header – and consists of primary and secondary links.

Creating Main Menu Links
To add a menu item to your primary links, complete the following steps:
In the admin menu, click Structure > Menus. The Menus page opens.
Click the Primary links link. The Primary links page opens.
Click the Add item tab.
In the Path field, enter the URL for the page you want to link.
In the Menu link title field, enter the title that you would like to appear as the link.
[Optional] In the Description field, enter a note that tells where the link goes. This is the text that appears when visitors place the cursor over the link.
Click Save.
