warehouse - ccta

• Go to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/user and follow the instructions for Logging In

• go to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/admin/warehouse/programs (or find link in black admin toolbar Warehouse => Programs)

• - to add: click "add program" link @ top of page; fill in name field (required) and add awards, one @ time. after first, click 'add another item' to get new empty field.  these are auto-complete fields, so start typing the title of award to add.  continue until done.  the click 'save program'

• - to edit: find program in list (filter by name, or sort columns), click on edit link on right, modify as needed (following same instruction as adding)

• - to delete: find as above, click on delete link on right, confirm deletion

• - publish/unpublish: edit program, scroll to bottom of page, uncheck or check the checkbox labeled 'Active'

warehouse - marketing [add/edit description and/or keywords]

• Go to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/user and follow the instructions for Logging In

• go to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/admin/warehouse/programs (or find link in black admin toolbar Warehouse => Programs)

• - find program in list (filter by name, or sort columns), click on edit link on right, modify as needed (only fields you have access to are the description and keywords) continue until done.  the click 'save program'
