The process on adding in a paragraph section with a collection of steps.

Create a Steps Collection
Select the drop down arrow next to Add Callout Set and select Title With Large Image.
This will bring up the option to fill out the fields that you would like the section to display.
The initial form is for creating your first tab.
You can add Tab Content and a Background Image.
Tab Content allows for you to add your content that will be displayed in the tab when selected. Selecting the drop down arrow on the Add Callout Set option allows you to see the types of sections you can add.

You can add multiple content paragraph sections within each tab by following the process above. You will see another Add Callout Set button beneath the section you just created.
To add additional tabs which will be your additional Steps, select Add Tab.
