Instructions

Add New IC

  • In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content >Instructional Councils > Add IC or use the path /ic/add

    • Alternatively, you can Navigate to Content > Instructional Councils or use the path /admin/content/ic

    • Then click on the + Add instructional council button

  • Enter the Instructional council name

  • Click in the Faculty Service Areas field and start typing an FSA

  • Click on the desired FSA

  • If adding more Faculty Service Areas, click in the blank area of the field to the right of your current FSA’s and add more

  • If you need to remove an FSA, click the X icon for that FSA

  • Click the Save button

Edit an IC

  • In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content > Instructional Councils or use the path /admin/content/ic

  • Filter by Faculty service area and hit the Apply button to narrow down results

  • Click the Edit button in the Operations column for your desired FSA

  • Make your desired changes

  • Click the Save button

Delete an IC

From the Admin Content Instructional Councils (IC) Overview Page

  • In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content >Instructional Councils or use the path /admin/content/ic

  • Filter by Instructional council hit the Apply button to narrow down results

  • In the Operations column for the IC, click the button next to Edit and click Delete

  • On the confirmation page, click the Delete button

While Viewing an IC

  • Click the Delete tab on the page toolbar

  • On the confirmation page, click the Delete button

While Editing an IC

  • Click the Delete link on the editing page located near the Save button

  • On the confirmation page, click the Delete button
