Navigating to Programs
Go to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/user and follow the instructions for Logging In
Go to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/admin/warehouse/programs or go to Warehouse > Programs in the black admin toolbar at top of the page
Adding a New Program
Click the Add program link at the top of the page
Fill in the Name
field (required) and add awards, one @ time. Fields will auto-complete as you type.
after first, click 'add another item' to get new empty field. these are auto-complete fields, so start typing the title of award to add. continue until done. the click 'save program'
Editing an Existing Program
- to edit: find program in list (filter by name, or sort columns), click on edit link on right, modify as needed (following same instruction as adding)
Deleting an Existing Program
- to delete: find as above, click on delete link on right, confirm deletion
- publish/unpublish: edit program, scroll to bottom of page, uncheck or check the checkbox labeled 'Active'
