The Center for Curriculum Transfer and Articulation (CCTA) is responsible for adding, updating and deleting Programs from the Academic Warehouse.
Instructions
Logging into the Warehouse
Go to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/user and follow the instructions for Logging In
Adding a New Program
Go to Warehouse > Programs > Add program
In the Name field, type the program name
in the Awards fields, type the award name (the field will auto-complete as you type). If you have additional awards to add to this program, click Add another item . Continue until you have added all awards to the program.
Click Save program
Updating an Existing Program
Go to Warehouse > Programs
Search for the program you want to update. Then, click Edit to the right of the program name.
Change the Name of the program or add/remove Awards from the program as needed
You can also publish or un-publish a program by checking or unchecking the Active checkbox at the bottom of the page
Click Save program
Deleting an Existing Program
Go to Warehouse > Programs
Search for the program you want to update. Then, click Delete to the right of the program name.
