From the results page you can view the values of the submitted form, submissions can be reviewed, updated, flagged, and/or annotated.

There are 4 (four) options under the result tab (Submissions, Download, Upload, Clear).

Submissions

The submission page list all the submitted forms. You can filter the submissions, Select operations, or Customize the submission columns by displaying the needed data.

Download

The download page allows you to export the submitted results into a customizable CSV file and other common data formats.

Format Options

• • Export Format has 5 (five) formats; CSV download, Delimited text, HTM tables, and JSON & Ymal documents under the drop-down "Export Format". You can also filter based on date or submission ID, so you don't need to download all the data.
    
    
  • Delimiter text format, this is the delimiter used in the CSV/TSV file when downloading webform results. Using tabs in the export is the most reliable method for preserving non-Latin characters. You may want to change this to another character depending on the program with which you anticipate importing results.
    
    
    
    • Generate Excel compatible file, if checked, the generated file's carriage returns will be compatible with Excel, and a marker flagging the data as UTF-8 will be added at the beginning.

Elements Options

• • Element multiple values delimiter, the delimiter used when an element has multiple values.

Header Options

• • In Column header format, choose whether to show the element label or element key in each column header.

Select Menu, Radio buttons, and Checkboxes Options

• • Options single value format, elements that collect a single option value include select menus, radios, and buttons.
    • Compact, with the option values delimited by commas in one column, compact options are more suitable for importing data into other systems.
    • Separate, with each possible option value in its own column, separate options are more suitable for building reports, graphs, and statistics in a spreadsheet application. Ranking will be included for sortable option elements.
      
      
  • Options multiple values formats, elements that collect multiple option values include multi-select, checkboxes, and toggles.
    • Compact, with the option values delimited by commas in one column, compact options are more suitable for importing data into other systems.
    • Separate, with each possible option value in its own column, separate options are more suitable for building reports, graphs, and statistics in a spreadsheet application. Ranking will be included for sortable option elements.

Download Options

• • Download export file, If checked, the export file will be automatically downloaded to your local machine. If unchecked, the export file will be displayed as plain text within your browser.

• • Order, submissions by ascending (oldest first) or descending (newest first).
    
    
  • Starred/flagged submissions, If checked, only starred/flagged submissions will be downloaded. If unchecked, all submissions will be downloaded.

Upload

The upload page allows you a CSV (comma separated values) file or URL to be uploaded, converted, and imported into webform submissions.

Clear

The clear page allows you to clear all the submitted forms.
