The build page allows you to add elements, pages, or layouts

It allows you to edit an existing form by adding a new element, a page, or a layout.

Under the operations column of your chosen form, a drop-down list allows you to edit an existing element, and delete or duplicate an element.

Click (+ Add page)

Give your page a title and save

Then drag to the right the first name and last name under the page created "Contact Information".
