Instructions
Add New Qualification
In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content >Qualifications > Add Qualification or use the path
/qualification/add
Alternatively, you can Navigate to Content > Qualifications or use the path
/admin/content/qualification
Then click on the + Add qualification button
Select a Discipline
The Discipline field dynamically changes the available field options.
Click in the Instructional Council (IC) field and start typing a IC
Click on the desired IC
The Instructional Council (IC) field will show the affiliated FSA’s for the IC’s on the selection drop-down menu.
Select the Faculty Service Area (FSA)
Enter Add Qualification paragraphs: Academic, Occupational, or Occupational Clock:
To Add an Additional Requirement, click the Add Additional Requirements paragraph button
Enter a Description
Enter a Rationale
Add Keywords
Enter a Search Description
The search description is used on the search results page.
Click the Save button
Edit a Qualification
In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content > Qualifications or use the path
/admin/content/qualification
Filter by Qualification, Discipline, IC, or FSA and hit the Apply button to narrow down results
Click the Edit button in the Operations column for your desired Qualification
Make your desired changes
Click the Save button
Delete a Qualification
From the Admin Content Qualifications Overview Page
In the Admin Toolbar, Navigate to Content >Qualifications or use the path
/admin/content/qualification
Filter by Qualification, Discipline, IC, or FSA and hit the Apply button to narrow down results
In the Operations column for the Qualification, click the
⌄
button next to Edit and click DeleteOn the confirmation page, click the Delete button
While Viewing a Qualification
Click the Delete tab on the page toolbar
On the confirmation page, click the Delete button
While Editing a Qualification
Click the Delete link on the editing page located near the Save button
On the confirmation page, click the Delete button
