Logging into the Warehouse
Go to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/user and follow the instructions for Logging InGo to https://warehouse.maricopa.edu/admin/warehouse/programs or go
Adding a New Program
Go to Warehouse > Programs in the black admin toolbar at top of the page
Adding a New Program
Click the Add program link at the top of the page
Fill in the Name
field (required) and add awards, one @ time. Fields > Add program
In the Name field, type the program name
in the Awards fields, type the award name (the field will auto-complete as you type.
after first, click 'add another item' to get new empty field. these are auto-complete fields, so start typing the title of award to add. continue until done. the click 'save program'
Editing an Existing Program
- to edit: find program in list (filter by name, or sort columns), click on edit link on right, modify as needed (following same instruction as adding)). If you have additional awards to add to this program, click Add another item . Continue until you have added all awards to the program.
Click Save program
Updating an Existing Program
Go to Warehouse > Programs
Search for the program you want to update. Then, click Edit to the right of the program name.
Change the Name of the program or add/remove Awards from the program as needed
You can also publish or un-publish a program by checking or unchecking the Active checkbox at the bottom of the page
Click Save program
Deleting an Existing Program
- to delete: find as above, click on delete link on right, confirm deletion
- publish/unpublish: edit program, scroll to bottom of page, uncheck or check the checkbox labeled 'Active' Go to Warehouse > Programs
Search for the program you want to update. Then, click Delete to the right of the program name.
