Your site gets one Academic Catalog page that is used to display your college's current Academic Catalog and an archive of previous catalogs. This page contains catalog .pdfs and cover art.

Instructions

A Catalog View must first be established before you can edit this content type. This page should also already be created for you with the name Academic Catalog. If you do not see this page, contact the District Web Team via Slack or ITS.Drupal.Team@domail.maricopa.edu.

  • Go to Content > Academic Catalog

  • Select Edit

  • If you have an online, interactive edition of your catalog, paste its URL in the Interactive Catalog field

  • Select Browse beneath the Cover Image header and upload a .png, .gif, .jpg, or .jpeg image of your current year Course Catalog cover art

The image size should be 371x480 px

  • Select Browse beneath the Current PDF header and upload a .pdf of your college’s current year Course Catalog

  • In the Archives section, you have the ability to add previous catalog years; to do this simply repeat the step above for each catalog year you would like to add
    Note: The Year should be in the format of 2020-2021

If you need to remove an archive catalog year, follow these exact steps for each archive you want to remove:

  1. Remove the image

  2. Remove the PDF

  3. Click the bottom Remove button to delete this archive

  4. Click Save Settings at the bottom of screen

  5. Repeat as necessary

  • Click Save
