Instructions
Go to Structure > Menus > Secondary Menu
Select Add Link
Provide a Menu Link Title
The Title you provide here will display in the footer as-is.
Provide the Path where you would like this link to point
If linking internally to your college’s Drupal site, the path should be a retaliative URL like url/child-page/etc (do not include https://drupal.maricopa.edu/, for example as that is an absolute link).
Add a Description to ensure WCAG 2.0 AA compliance
Choose the Parent Link
Click Save
In the Secondary Menu list of links, reorder your link using
To create children links, simply indent the link beneath the desired parent item.
Click Save again once reordered
